OUR MISSION
Our mission is to equip Black girls with the knowledge, community, and opportunities to become architects of the future.
Our WHY
Black Girls Lead Too exists to support Black girls and young women (ages 14–24) during critical identity-forming years when leadership, belonging, and self-determination are often unsupported. By integrating education, wellness, economic sovereignty, and storytelling, we address a key gap in leadership and identity development that, if left unaddressed, contributes to long-term mental and physical health inequities.
